SYNTHESIA

Terms

Template. The highlighted [fields] must be filled in with your real details, and a lawyer who knows Austrian and EU consumer law should check this page before you take payments. Delete this box when you are done.

These terms apply to buying and using SYNTHESIA in the browser at synthesia.cc. The seller is TARDIGRADE Studio ([address, as in the Impressum]). Last updated: 25 October 2026.

What you get

After payment, you can play SYNTHESIA in a web browser on your devices. The right is personal and not transferable. Please do not share your personal link. We may improve and update the game. We aim to keep it available, and we will tell you in good time if we ever have to end the browser version.

Price and payment

The price is €3.00 as a one-time payment, including statutory VAT. Payment is processed by Stripe.

Immediate access and right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content that is not on a physical medium, this right ends when we start to provide the content, if you have expressly agreed to that and confirmed that you lose the right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)). That is why we ask you to tick the box at checkout. We send you the confirmation by e-mail through Stripe's receipt and our access link.

This does not affect your statutory warranty rights. In addition, if the game does not run on your device, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you.

Your music

SYNTHESIA does not include, provide or host music. You load your own files. You are responsible for having the rights to every track you use, and for what you do with recordings or streams of your gameplay.

Acceptable use

Do not copy, resell, decompile or share the game or your access. Do not use automated tools to extract the game files.

Liability

We are liable without limit for intent, for injury to life, body or health, and where the law requires it. In other cases we are liable only for breach of essential obligations and for foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. [have a lawyer check this clause]

Law and contact

Austrian law applies, but mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live stay in force. Contact: contact@synthesia.cc.
